We are so amazed by the chefs in Evolution; they put passion and years of culinary experiences and discoveries by introducing guests to authentic cuisines from different parts of Indonesia. For us, this is the perfect place to experience a different and unique taste of Indonesian cuisine, its richness in flavor from East to West. There are 35 authentic Indonesian dishes offered, and our favorites include Sate Padang Pariaman (from West Sumatera) and Pallu Mara (from South Sulawesi).
