Latest Update on Indonesia Visa on Arrival

For the time being, everyone from outside Indonesia who wishes to travel must download the Electronic Visa on Arrival application. The sole need is that foreigners submit a request for a visa on the molina.immigration.go.id website. Following that, they can immediately make online payments using a credit card or debit card with the Visa, Mastercard, or JCB logo.

The officer will check the e-VOA application after receiving payment, and if it is approved, will transmit it to you via the application. Tourists merely need to download the permitted e-VOA and present it at the immigration checkpoint to enter Indonesian territory.

Indonesia Visa on Arrival Requirement

According to this VOA service regulation, foreign visitors with passports from the nations mentioned above may apply for VoA for Tourism after passing through immigration only at Bali's I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.

At the immigration counter, international travelers must present all documentation necessary for a VOA for tourism, including a passport valid for at least 6 (six) months, a return ticket or a connecting ticket to another country, and any additional documents mandated by the COVID-19 Task Force.

Indonesia Visa on Arrival Validity

The specific guidelines for the VOA service policy are as follows:

Stay permits issued by VOA for Tourism are valid for up to 30 days and may be renewed 1 (one) time.

The 30-day extension is given at the closest immigration office to the foreign visitor's residence while in Indonesia.

The VOA cannot be converted into a different visa or stay permit.
